A gong immersion is a meditative sound journey where participants are surrounded by the resonance of large gongs. The tones expand and shift, moving through the space in waves that create a physical and mental experience unlike ordinary sound. The body can release layers of stored tension as the mind gradually drifts into a quieter state.
This session also includes Yoga Nidra, a guided practice often called “yogic sleep.” While lying comfortably, you are guided into a state between waking and sleeping where awareness remains while the body rests. This allows deep restoration, expanded awareness, and the possibility of insight that reaches beyond ordinary relaxation.
