This all-levels Vinyasa practice is designed to harmonize mind, body, and breath, creating a seamless connection through mindful movement. With an emphasis on intentional pacing, the class becomes a moving meditation—an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and cultivate deeper awareness. Each posture and breath offers space to notice how you feel in the present moment, building steadiness and inner balance.
The experience concludes with a gentle sound healing immersion, allowing the body to settle, integrate, and receive. Mats and bolsters provided.
