Join us for an immersive introduction to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and discover how to begin
understanding your own unique constitution, patterns, and daily rhythms.
Ayurveda teaches that the body is constantly communicating through subtle signs and signals. By
learning to observe these messages, we can cultivate greater self-awareness and make more conscious choices that support balance and wellbeing.
In this 1–2 hour introductory intensive, you will learn the foundations of Ayurvedic self-analysis,
including:
• The five elements and the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha
• How to recognize your unique constitution and current imbalances through Ayurvedic principles
• Introduction to traditional self-observation techniques including:
● Face analysis
● Tongue analysis
● Nail analysis
● Pulse Reading
You will learn how Ayurveda views signs of balance and imbalance, and how to develop a simple daily practice of checking in with your body’s wisdom.
This class is designed for anyone curious about Ayurveda, holistic wellness, self-discovery, and
