Join us Sunday evening for a free community sound bath led by Sound Healer Kelsey Whitlow. This experience uses sound and vibration to support deep rest, downshift the nervous system, and create space for integration after the week. You are invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive.
Earlier in the evening, enjoy free chair massages from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM with Misa Edwards, LMT. You may reserve a preferred 15-minute time slot (here) in advance through the link, or walk in as availability allows.
This is a free community offering. Donations are welcome at the door, and canned food donations are also appreciated.
